Kimi brings a huge amount of energy to the daily operations of this business.  She runs all aspects of the business, as well as managing the full administration of the office.  A true entrepreneur, Kimi is highly innovative in identifying what clients need for complete finishing of their projects and can show how to systematically accomplish this in a timely and cost-effective way on an on-going basis.

Kimi previously worked in the biomedical sector as an administrative coordinator for several start-up companies so she knows the full range of how to organize people, materials, certifications, and deadlines.  This skill translates into projects that are completed on time and with the attention to detail that makes clients happy and confident in making future referrals to Ultimate Resource.  She believes that being cost-effective helps the client and ultimately translates into customer satisfaction.

Kimi communicates well with clients, workers and suppliers because she has a genuine personality that smoothes the process from signed proposal to finished work.  She maintains good working relationships with every one around her which helps to get things done in a timely manner and on budget.
